Intelligent torque management system based on the microprocessor technology used for BFT control panels.

Use of various forms of data acquisition means the minimum level of force required to perform the operation is instantly adapted, thus providing the utmost operating safety at all times and making the installation readily certifiable (Fig.1).
Traditional control units, on the other hand, being unaware of the exact position of the gate, adopt constant levels of force and are therefore unable to assure constant sensitivity during operation (Fig.2).
Furthermore, the control units can detect small variations in the force of the gate or door, owing to differences in temperature or wear, adjusting the torque supplied to the motor accordingly (Fig.3). In this case, a traditional control unit would again be unable to detect the variations in the force required, to the point of detecting inexistent obstacles (Fig.4).

All this translates into an unbeatably safe installation and a system that is guaranteed to work perfectly even as temperatures and the state of repair of the actual system vary!
